Mission

The Northern Collective Church exists to know, serve, and love Jesus Christ while teaching all people to do the same.

Vision

To see thriving gospel-centered churches in all Yukon communities by making disciples that make disciples.

Values

The Greatest Commandment

We believe that loving God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength--as taught in The Bible--is the foundation and purpose of our lives and The Northern Collective (Leviticus 19:17-18 // Matthew 22:35-40 // Mark 12:28-31 // Luke 10:25-28 // Deuteronomy 6:4-5).

The Golden Rule

We believe that treating others how we want to be treated is how we share God's love in the Yukon and around the world. We will live by the Golden Rule by striving to build meaningful relationships with our neighbours, spending time together, bearing each other's burdens, celebrating together, eating together, and doing life together (Leviticus 19:18 // Matthew 7:12 // Galatians 5:14).

The Great Commission

We believe that teaching all people to follow the ways of Jesus Christ is how we spread God's love and glory throughout the North and the Nations (Matthew 28:16-20 // Mark 16:14-18 // Luke 24:44-49 // Acts 1:4-8 // John 20:19-23).

Gospel Centered

We believe the Bible tells us that Jesus Christ delights to switch places with guilty rebels like us. We view all of life in light of God’s forgiveness of sin through Jesus Christ. Everything we do is in reliance on the grace and promises of Jesus Christ. We do everything with a view of displaying the all-satisfying grace of God. We live to show the glory of God, treasuring above all things the One through whom grace comes (Mark 1:14-15 // Galatians 1:11-12; 3:8 // Philippians 1:27-30).
